Frequently asked Questions
Orders are delivered within 1 to 2 business days to most areas. Outer lying areas can take a day or two longer.
Same day shipping can be expected if you are based in Johannesburg or Pretoria and paid for your order before 10am.
By law, we cannot accept returns of our products. The CPA Section 20(3) says that where public regulation prohibits the return of a product, it cannot be accepted back. This is the case with all medicines and supplements, where the Pharmacy Act’s guideline prohibits us from taking back a medicine.
For items short dated , not properly sealed or any other quality issues for products, you can contact us and we will send you a new unit, free of charge.
Please send a whatsapp to +27695085973 as soon as possible. If we have not shipped your parcel, we will gladly adjust the delivery address.
If you entered the wrong address and your package has already been shipped, you will unfortunately have to bear the cost for Neogenesis to uplift the item and resend it.

We ship worldwide, but free shipping for orders over R1000 only apply to South African residents. We have a flat rate shipping for international parcel shipping. Contact our customer support if you can arrange a more cost effective shipping option and want to deal with your parcel delivery yourself. You will then not be charged this shipping fee, but will be responsible for all logistics of parcel delivery.
Yes, all your items will be delivered in one package/parcel. If there are any missing items, contact our support team and the matter will be investigated and items replaced if they were omitted.
As mentioned above, we cannot accept medicine returns. However, should there be a quality issue (broken or leaking bottles, melted or leaking contents, wrong amount of capsules in the bottle etc) Let our support team know and Neogenesis will be in contact to replace your item for you, free of charge.
Full Refund Possible If:
- You received a defective item
- You received the wrong item (s)
- The ordered item is lost or damaged during transit (courier will provide proof)
- The ordered item is not past its expiry date
- The goods are not as described on our website
- Item purchased is no longer available in stock.
Due to our quick turn-around times, orders are usually packed within one hour of receiving your online order. As such we cannot alter your order. Please place a separate order should you have left out an item.
